Cleaning up bottom in preparation for sanding.
Getting everything to look smooth with 3 different grits…
Applying sanding sealer in preparation for the clear coat satin finish.
Sewing up the satin around the foam
Carefully cutting the high density foam…
Steaming the satin to remove any wrinkles…
Drilling the corners for the glass window…
Using the coping saw to cut right on the line…
Smoothing out the new window…
Routing out the inset for the glass…
Cutting and chiseling the corners of the inset…
Carefully painting the engraved logo…
Cutting out the circle for the logo inlay…
Routing and chiseling the 1/16th depth for the logo inlay.
Setting the logo inlay…
Putting the finish on…
