This eagle is carved out of oak and finished with an oil penetrating deck and fence wood preservative called TWP – total wood preservative. This was installed on top of the stump I cut it from in the backyard of a customer near Bristol, CT. It ended up being mounted about 15 ft high on top of the stump.
